Project Information
Eye Tracking Autism for Mobile
Engineering
CMPE 129 Senior Design Sequence
The ETAM team aims to build a mobile device which tracks the user's gaze while watching a special video to pinpoint whether the user prefers social images or geometric patterns. We designed our system utilizing an up-and-coming mobile CPU/GPU combo, the Tegra K1, housed on an embedded system in order to support the heavy computational load. The device will be used to assist in the early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in young children and will serve as an aid to those in the medical field.
