FMVilla is a social internet radio that allows you to listen to music together with friends. Users create rooms known as "villas" where they interact with each other while they listen to music. FMVilla automatically recommends music for users in a villa according to their music preferences. This is done by extracting a user's musical preferences from social media, asking user questions, and analyzing user's implicit and explicit feedback. The system has been used by more than 100 users for research purposes. It is very likely the work will lead to one or more research papers about recommendation systems.
